How to process remittances
Does Payroll automatically send my remittance to CRA? if so how do I do set that up?

Yes, the service can be setup to automatically calculate and remit source deductions for you.
First, ensure you are setup for electronic payments (ePay): How to setup ePay.
Once you've opted to have the service calculate and remit source deductions, all you need to do is close your payroll period (usually at the end of the month) - payments will automatically be sent to the CRA and/or Revenu Québec.
**NOTE- Payroll does not remit EHT payments.
