Could the Paychequer email that goes to staff include a secure PDF of the pay stub? Other payroll providers send a Secure password protected PDF. The password would be the SIN number of the employee. 

I hear that having to log into a website each time takes a long time when the employee just wants to quickly look at something.

  Thank you for the feedback Andrew. We do not feel that sending a password-protected PDF via email is secure enough. Email itself is not a secure method of sending sensitive financial information and numerous PDF tools exist that "crack" or bypass the password protection on these files. Instead, securely logging into PayChequer provides a fully up-to-date payslip, all historical pay information as well as the ability to print payslips if necessary.
