Include a PD7a in reports

Looking for a really easy way to pull a report specifically for the PD7A.  Would love to see this as a feature!

  The "Remittance Report" is all you need to fill in your PD7A :-)

  The Remittance report actually is not all we need. Many of us close the period to create Journal entries. So this creates a "remittance Report" for each period, however Payment Evolution would remit to CRA on a monthly or quarterly basis. What we really need is a PD7a report to show a summary of what was submitted to CRA. In a CRA audit they want 1 report to reconcile to. However the way payment evolution works we need to add up a bunch of reports.
